The signs, degrees and aspects stay identical; only the houses and angles are recalculated for the new coordinates. That's why the same Saturn can feel like career pressure in one city and family pressure in another.

The astronomy is exact. Line positions are computed from your birth data and are as precise as your birth time. The scoring is an interpretive model: it weighs how close each line is, how strongly it's operating and which life areas it traditionally governs. Treat it as a structured second opinion for a shortlist you've already narrowed on practical grounds, not as a substitute for visa rules, job offers or rent.

Because the four angles are the entire mechanism here, and they move fast. The Ascendant and Midheaven shift about one degree every four minutes of clock time. An hour of uncertainty can slide your lines fifteen degrees of longitude, well over a thousand kilometres at mid-latitudes. If your time is a guess, read the results as a rough sketch.

It's information, not a verdict. A low score means no strong line for that theme reaches the city, so the place is astrologically neutral there. You're working without a tailwind rather than against a headwind. Plenty of people build excellent careers on neutral ground. It's usually more useful to notice which of your candidates has an unusually high score you weren't expecting.

Almost never, and that's the honest finding of this tool. Lines that lift career often sit nowhere near the ones that lift love, because they're different planets on different angles. The realistic question isn't which city wins outright; it's which city is strongest for the one thing you're moving for, and tolerable on the rest.
